Ordering

When do I receive my order?

Our prints and canvases are prepared by hand in state-of-the-art facilities. This process can take 2-3 days to complete and our standard Free Shipping will deliver your product within 5-7 days.

My delivery is taking longer than expected, what can I do?

We apologize for that! Typically, if an order is delayed, it is due to an extremely busy print facility or an issue with the shipping company. If an order is lost or damaged, you can choose to receive a replacement, or get a full refund.

Can I modify my order?

When you submit your order on our website, there is a window of time to allow changes to your order. Please contact us at support@printwall.co to request a change. We cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we are only available to ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping regions and will place a notification on our site and in our newsletter.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free for all orders within the U.S. 

How long will shipping take?

After your order is processed in our print facility, our Standard Free Shipping will take 5-7 days.

Luster Print vs Canvas

What’s the difference?

Currently, all photos are only available in two options; Luster Print and Mounted Canvas. Our mounted canvas prints are perfect for any space, and are ready to hang as soon as they arrive.

Our Luster Photo Prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid tube. Upon arrival, you will have to have a frame ready for the print before hanging it up in your space. We highly recommend you confirm that the print matches your frame size.

If I don’t like one, may I exchange it for the other?

Unfortunately, no. We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that were damaged while shipping.

What sizes do you have available?

All of our canvases and photo prints are available in the following sizes: 12×16″ | 16×24″ | 24×36″ | 40×60″

Larger sizes are available upon request. Please contact us for a custom order.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds and accept returns?

Unfortunately, no. We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that were damaged while shipping. In certain cases, we ask for the damaged item to be returned to us so it could be inspected.

Can I exchange my print or canvas?

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges unless an item is damaged during shipping.

How long do refunds for damaged items take?

You can expect to have the money back into the account which was used within 14 business days.
